I'm a founder, product leader and designer. Having co-founded a SaaS business and led it to a successful exit, I now help other leaders build great products.
👉🏻 Background
In 2012 Chris and I co-founded Akkroo. We pioneered mobile and cloud-based software to address sales and marketing challenges experienced by buisnesses that regularly exhibit at trade shows.
We bootstrapped Akkroo until 2016 when we opted to raise a small round of capital to accelerate our growth. We grew to be a team of 50 people, distributed across the UK & USA.
As Chief Product Officer, I was responsible for product management, design, engineering and operations.
In 2018 we were approached by US firm, who made an offer to buy our growing business. We could see the benefit of expanding our presence in North America, and our acquisition by Integrate Inc. completed in 2019.
At Integrate, I led as VP of Products for Events and served as the interim manager of the product design team.
In 2021, Integrate was acquired by a private equity firm. In early 2022, I moved on from the business to pursue new challenges. I spend some of my time working with startups, helping them with product strategy, product led growth and building teams.
As of 2024, Chris and I are working together again on a new venture, ReelFlow, interactive short-form video for the web.
